WINEMAKER NOTES
To create Sutter Home White Zinfandel’s pale pink color and touch of sweetness, Zinfandel grapes are immediately pressed after harvest to collect the rich, concentrated free-run juice. Winemakers then cold-ferment the juice at 60°F in stainless steel tanks to enhance the wine’s fresh aromas, fruity flavors and crisp acidity.
